How to move v.3 settings to v.4 on new computer?

I  was running v.3 on my Windows 7 PC and now v.4 on my new Windows 11 PC. Can I shift my settings or should I start freash?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Install over should work. But, it best to start fresh. You can back up your layout snapshot using this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#backupsnapshots
