Nothing is working after an internet glitch

Hello, I had an internet glitch and afterwards Multiplicity stopped working.

I have tried

- Port fix

- Purge

- Checked firewall/turned off and on/checked rules/public/private settings

- Tried switching primary to a different system and still had the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated. 🤷‍♂️ I'm stumped.

All 3 systems are working fine other than Multiplicity not working.

Thanks

Michael

Update - 1 system started connecting again but the other secondary will still not connect.

Did all of these already. The other system just started working again after sitting for a while (after going through these steps on all 3 systems)

I would still appreciate feedback from support in case this happens again, but all 3 computers are connecting to each other fine today (all 3 were shut down or hibernated overnight)

Thanks

It seems clear that your 'glitch' was the cause, yes?
