Cannot activate on new PC

Hi,

My old primary PC hard drive died, so I replaced my PC it with a different one with a fresh Windows 11 installation. When I tried to activate as a primary I had an error about the primary pc is already active. Obviously I couldn't change this as my hard drive died. Now when I try and activate I get an error:



Is there a way I can reset my activations?
