This is how I can reproduce it: The problem is that a shortcut to an UWP App looses the icon graphic. It will be notable if another application (like WinZip) refreshes the icons.

Please try this, disable Fences, and do the test again without Fences. Does the same behavior appear?

The same behavior appreas, so that would mean it's a Windows 11 problem?

Not too sure. But, it look like its not Fences issue. From my test it maybe Winzip is changing those icons, but I am not too sure. Winzip do have option in it its setting for Desktop integration. But, not sure disabling it change anything.

I tried to disable the option in Winzip but that doesn't solve it.
