Fences 4.21 update spamming

I have more time bought single Stardock software and Object Desktop , latest I didn't like the install and update functionality of Object Desktop and uninstalled it and settled for installing individual products I wanted of which Fences are one...   My Fences are 4.21 and yet I keep getting update request spam on desktop now and again to update to v. 4.21 again .

I have absolutely no idea if v. 4.21 are an update that I am 'entitled to' or not but if it is not it should not tell me to update.  But as stated I have already let the app update.   I thought that maybe if I ran the update manually as an Admin then the update spam would stop , but of course I can not even download the Fences app as a single download with an expired Object Desktop and as far as I can see then there is no 'Configure Fences' setting to turn off updates !

Thank you very much , I looked for information myself but must somehow have missed it !

I am used to modify startup and edit registry myself but it's hard when one does not know what the particular elements of the app does or how connected....
