Folder Portal looking strange

Greetings to all,
my Folder Portals look different to the normal Fences.
A letters are a little bit worse to read. And on mouseover the icons are marked and still are marked when the mouse moves away.
With the normal Fences the icons are only marked when mouse is on them.
Can this be a matter of to little graphic memory? The machine only has 128 MB graph mem
