Win 11 22H not allowing Taskbar at top of screen

Hi, as the title says, message says win 11 v22H2 does not allow taskbar positioning at top of the screen.

any ways around this?

Using latest Start 11 v1.44 as of 19/05/2023

weird, rebooted and now at the top... sorted, hopefully...
