Battle Lost Icon Needs To Be Able To Be Deleted

I have a stack of ships under the exclamation point icon that I cannot get to because, when I click on the cell, the Battle Report screen showing how I lost a battle on that cell comes up.  Over, and over, and over again.  There needs to be a way to tell the game to stop showing the Battle Report and allow the click to pass through to the underlying ships.

yeah the icon should be in the corner of the tile and have a smaller "hitbox" so you can still click on ships in the tile
