Version 1.50.374227 Seems Off

I started a game under version 1.50.374227 with the settings shown in the first screen snapshot below.  Note that the setting for Minor Races is Occasional and the setting for Habitable Planets is Abundant.  The second screen snapshot below shows my home sector after exploring every cell.  Note that there are 4 Minor Races in the upper-right quarter of my home sector, only 2 planets of class 30 or above, and very few "habitable" planets (class 16 and above).  Something has gone wrong with the way this version of the game uses the settings to create and populate the sectors.

This issue, along with the many other issues makes this version of the game very frustrating to try to play.  Some of the other issues are:

  1. Inability to train citizens (broken)
  2. Changes made to what technologies and traits do without changing the corresponding text (i.e. things do not do what the say they do)
  3. New species have been removed so that you cannot choose to play against them, but they do appear as new citizens in your core worlds

In case it is of value to you, I have included a link to the game I referenced above here:

I hope you get these things fixed and push-out a new version soon!

I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I want to provide you with another save file that shows that there are issues with how the game uses the settings selected by the player to create the sectors.  The first screen snapshot shows that I am playing version 1.50.374227.1 that was downloaded around 2:00 PM on 5/2.  The second screen snapshot shows my setting selections (they are the same as above but I am including them again here for completeness).  The third screen snapshot shows the sector in which my home world was created.

Note that the Galaxy Size setting is set to Large and the Habitable Planets setting is set to Abundant.  My home sector has only 6 solar systems, 2 of which have no planets at all.  This would not seem to a reasonable person to be a Large sector with Abundant Habitable Planets.

Here is a link to the save file if you want to take a look:
