After purge old Version and install newest Version the Desktop and Fences freezes. I can't click any Icons anymore.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Why do you need to run the purge in the first place? Was Fences having issue before the purge? And what version was Fences in before the purge and what version you trying to install. Have you tried doing the purge again. Reboot. Retest the system is running without issue. Than install the latest version, reboot again.
Also there might be an issue of corrupted layout snapshot.

I cleaned the old installation because your new version didn't work correctly. You could no longer get into the settings of Fences. I don't remember the version number, at least the version before the last one. The problem came with the last version.
The problem isn't universal, it just happens sometimes. Sometimes nothing hangs.
Ok I'll try to clean it up again
