Can't access setting page when Chinese language was uesd in Fences 4.10

Hi,

The default language was changed to English after updating to Fences 4.10, but it should be Chinese.

If I changed the language to Chinese, setting page can't be opened again until I reinstall it.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Are you setting the language using the User language choice inside the Fences configuration? If yes, than I believe this issue has been reported by other here: https://forums.stardock.com/517370/get;3881735. And the temporary solution is here https://forums.stardock.com/517370/get;3881737. The issue was forward to Support, hopefully there will be resolved soon.
