Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if Fences is not lock. If it is lock, please unlock it and try again. Right click on desktop-> Show more option->View->Lock Fences. Something like screenshot below.

Thanks

That worked.

I had tried that before the reinstall and it didn't work but forgot to go back and try it again after the reinstall.

Thank you.

I have similar issue, I cannot create new fence.

I can move, resize do anything with existing fences, but when trying to create new fence I just get the default desktop right click menu. Any advice how to make new fence any other way ?

Hello, Rt clk on desktop brings up view but does bring up configure fences in version 4.23.  I cannot create a new fence or move an existing one.  If they are locked, I cannot unlock.  Using Windows 11 25H2.  Now that I think of it, this may have started after the last windows update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I even tried version 3.  Then I started windows in administration mode where I can create and move fences but the changes did not stay when I rebooted into my user account.  Does a snapshot also bring up the last state of things?  I cannot find the snapshot to delete it before renistalling.

Ok...I fixed it by rt clk on a fence title.  This showed locked so I unlocked them there.  Appears to be working now.
