taskbar names

When I pass my cursor over an icon in my task bar it shows the discription for a different icon but if clicked goes to the correct apps. Any suggestions. I am on the latest Windows 11.

Sounds like you might have a 3rd party app to cause that , anything you running that would effect the taskbar .
