Start11 Windows 11 style intermittendly fails to display some pinned apps

for example, Outlook i have pinned to Start 11 but about 1/3 of the time it's not showing. I initially thought it had gotten unpinned, but if I add it, and then click on started, I see two Outlook shortcuts.

Another odd behavior, is that sometimes I have to hit the "back" icon to get to see pinned items and sometimes I dont.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, look like you're using Insider preview version of Windows 11. Do know that Stardock not supporting Insider/Beta version of Windows. Anyway, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their review. We appreciate your feedback.

On the same Win 11 machine, several business beta releases later still getting the two odd behaviors:

1. after rebooting, when I click n the start button, I often but not always have to hit on "back" in upper right to show pinned items. T

2. often I have to hit the start button twice to show all the pinned items. 

no such issues on the other win 11 machine with same beta build.
