hey.. i was trying to sign up before and they asked for the serial number, i went to the help section and it said that the site will email my serial number. i recieved a email from this site for no serial number! do you guys have any idea why?

You need a program called Windowblinds which is available here: http://www.windowblinds.net/
For Windows98 you will need Windowblinds 3.

No, OD cost $50 it's alot of programs bundle in a nice package....What program caught you eye? all of ODs programs are free to try.

As China says, better with ObjectDesktop. You get Objectbar, Windowblinds, DesktopX, IconPackager and much more for a very reasonable price.
