Issues w/ Taskbar on Top - {also}- Can't Update Start11

I am still having lots of glitches with my dock, when it is placed at the top of the screen. Sometimes it hides, sometimes it appears, most times it is stuck in this weird limbo where it appears, but with about a quarter inch gap from the top where it should be, and it won't go away after that.

Anyway, I noticed there is an update so I'm hoping that will address these issues.  However, I cannot run the update because it gets stuck at 99% download.  I've restarted.  What else can I try?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on what you mean on "my dock". As for 99% download, please try downloading directly from your account download page : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.

Thanks

Sorry, I am originally a Mac user.  Replace "dock" with "taskbar".

OK So I have the latest build and the problem persists.

See screenshot:

Note that (as marked in the above screenshot) the START button has disappeared and the taskbar itself is spaced down a bit from the top of the screen, and will not hide.  In fact, I cannot even work in Illustrator without disabling Start11 because the menu bar is inaccessible.

Do you have taskbar autohide turn on? If yes, turn it off, restart explorer.exe, does the issue goes away?

Sorry almost missed this. Yes, I have autohide on, and yes the problem goes away when I disable it.  I do need it on though (need all the screen real estate I can get for my work), so for me this isn't a solution.
