The all cap were on purpose to have the post noticed.
If you are a user level 2 Citizens or below you will not be able to download anything until the server is fixed. Be patient, it will be taken care of in due time.

Please try to refrain from starting any new post about the subject. It will not make things work any faster.

From who did you get this information? I only noticed that the server moved from skins.stardock to skins.wincustomize

I tested it as just a signed in member first and was not able to DL thus the level 2 citizen remark. That makes this even stranger then I thought at first.

OK, I think I've got this taken care of. Or at least it will be once everybody's DNS' update.

We had added some new IP addresses to a server in preparation for bringing some new ones up. It appears that the IP's in question were still in use and the Internet routing was defaulting to them first.

skins.stardock.com should now be 66.54.81.38.
