Start11 and Entering Folder / FileNames AutoComplete Not Working

With Start10, if you began to enter a directory path into the search box it would begin to display autocompletions, eventually showing the files in a directory to launch.
In Start11 this is no longer happening, although if you type a valid directory e.g. "c:\users" it does launch Windows Explorer as expected with that being the current directory.
I've looked in the configuration options for Search and whilst I can see options for searching file contents and reverting to Start10 style search, none reintroduce the facility for Autocomplete.
This was a really useful feature for Start10/Start8 etc. Hopefully it's a bug and not a deliverate feature ?
