There is a visual issue with localized installation on Windows 11. I suppose it needs to forced to use ASCII.
What language is your PC in? As a test, if you did change it to English, does it then show properly?

I have Win11Pro Russian non Single Language. All the same in English UI even after reboot my PC.
We believe we have a fix for it and should be available for 1.0.
