Hello,

If you are using a VPN, please disconnect from it and try again. If you still have an issue you'll need to start a support ticket at the links posted above.

This has been broken for days. I've tried checking out on Multiplicity using PayPal and several credit cards but it's simply broken. Opened a ticket several days ago, and mailed, but no reply/trace. Trying one more time, otherwise I'll buy someone else's product.

Fine idea, in theory. In practice, not so much. Submitted a ticket and separate email several days ago. Zero response. Unable to purchase a Stardock product. It would appear there's no interest in addressing a broken shopping cart.

Interestingly, my bank treated my attempted Start11 purchase as possibly fraudulent and locked my card.  I'm not suggesting Stardock is doing anytthing shady, but the purchase might have been treated as a local card transaction in Michigan while I'm in Washington State

Stardock actually just replied, after a week, to tell me to contact another vendor. I'll say that again - their level of customer support is to tell me to contact the company they use for their broken shopping cart, not to do so themselves. After a week. Don't waste your time with this dismal company. Customer lost.

This is exactly what happened to me. Stardock referred me to Fastspring, who gave me the runaround. I got frustrated, emailed Stardock again, no reply.

Then a few days later the support ticket was closed for "inactivity" on my part.

Please be patient.  Repeated posts and emails and tickets only confuses the situation.  Apparently you have more than one ticket, as indicated in the specific thread you posted...;)

I have no active tickets, because you guys stopped replying when I emailed that Fastspring had no answers beyond "We didn't charge you, so don't worry, you still have your money"

It had nothing to do with multiple tickets.  But you guys sure have mentioned that a lot, trying to shift the blame off of whatever gatekeeping Fastspring does and on to me.

"No movement on my support tickets."

Sorry, I can only go on the information you posted, ie 'tickets' [plural]..

When more than one is posted the latter [or newest] replaces the first as the former is deemed redundant with salient/current information enclosed in the latter or newest [if more than two].

If you could actually continue to respond to your own thread you may have a better outcome with the issue you are having.

This thread actually is in regards to a different subject/problem...;)

Good grief, READ their response. It's not a case of being patient. We've been patient, in some cases for weeks. It's a case of Stardock and their e-commerce vendor being incapable of providing any kind of technical support with their broken system. Stardock refers a user to FastSpring who simply confirms a failed transaction but who can't or won't do anything about it, typically after 72 hours (3 days, for a business transaction), and then refer you back to Stardock who take days to also do nothing about it.
