I can't create my own skins with Object Desktop. I want to do that, but since I can't even download the software, Object Desktop is useless to me. So, I want a refund.
You can create WindowBlind skins with SkinStudio and your preferred graphics program.
Several of the other apps also have skinning engines. You'll need something like Photoshop, or gimp, etc. to make your graphics.
You can make icons with IconPackager. Make Cursors with CursorFX.
Deskscapes comes with a dream maker.
Etc, etc.
As for downloading the software, you download ObjectDesktopManager and sign in with the same creds you used to purchase it with.
OR you can go to your downloads page on the website and download them. Also sign in with same creds.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. As Jim said above, there are programs to create/design your own skin. If you need assistance you can ask for assistance here in the forum.
