Reduce the size of the Start window

I have a theme for WindowBlinds. There is a window, which for some reason is larger than necessary. THIS IS NOT A WB PROBLEM! Since the window is larger only for me. Others have it of a normal size.

When Windows starts up for the first time, the window is normal. But when you click on the start button, it breaks. But for a second, it works correctly.

The theme is optimized for Windows 10.
