Fences partially off screen

Cant see some items in fence because its offscreen

Hi,

Every once in a while, I move a fence and align it to the edge of the desktop. After that it may randomly move the title bar off the desktop and I dont know how to reposition back to normal or understand why this happens?

Any ideas?

This helped. So far I have not seen the issue reoccur. It also seemed to have solved my other question of how to fix fences clipping icon text. Fences seems to be functioning better. Not sure why purging/reinstalling helped. I have never hacked the registry or anything else.

However, within 24 hours after doing this, the issue with a broken folder called desktop in the stardock start menu. There is no ability to put anything in the folder, nor delete the folder. Im not sure if this is a fences issue or start10. I say that because before I saw dead folders for every fence on my desktop. If this is the wrong area I can post to start10 forum

Lastly, i cant seem to find a button to mark a question as solved or closed. Do i just leave the post and a week later it autocloses
