New icons are being stacked and don't align with monitor.

Whenever an item gets added to my desktop, the icon is placed on top of other icons and partially on the 2nd display.
How can I make new icons arrange properly on the primary monitor?

Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 (Build 19042.867)
Fances version: 3.0.9.11
