Broken Fences on Reboot

I have 4 monitors configured and I am running Fences Version 3.0.9.11 and for the past couple of months when my computer reboots all the icons and Fences move to the Center Monitor for no reason and have to be moved back manually.... Any time that that I restore a Snapshot it sends them all to the center monitor... Not attachments.
