I love being able to customise so many things but I'm worried that there could be some glitches - I heard someone had to reinstall their system about an explorer.exe glitch.
Trust me on this one... -WindowBlinds had NOTHING to do with that 
WindowBlinds can't hose your setup. It's a skinning app, it doesn't replace or alter system files.
What you've probably seen are cases where people have not rebooted in a long time and some Windows update was not compatible and then when they reboot after installing WindowBlinds they assume WindowBlinds was the cause.
