Groupy No Longer Works After Updating to 1.44

I just updated Groupy to 1.44 and it no longer groups explorer. Also, if I reboot my computer, explorer will open correctly initially (without tabs working) but if I close it and reopen it explorer freaks out flashing like a strobe light every time I open it. I have to turn off Groupy to open explorer properly. I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 2004 OS build 19041.572

Thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues.  Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

I've tried that already with the same issue. I just did the purge again and installed the previous version (1.43) and it is working properly. There is obviously a bug in version 1.44 that is preventing it from working. I will stay on 1.43 until the next update.

I'm experiencing this as well. Groupy no longer works after updating to 1.44. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still having the issue. Please help.

@sdRohan, Yes the groupy service was running when I had 1.44 installed. I have now reverted back to 1.43 and it is working fine.

Cant work on a solution, thus there will be no 'update', if you don't have the version with the issues installed...

If you install again, a video of what is happening (shared link to one) would be helpful.

I'll reinstall 1.44 and make a video.

Actually, you are going to want to install 1.45:
