Computer defaults to windows 10 style screen

Hi, new to forum. I've been running Start10 on multiple computers without issue. My most recent install of Start10 on my latest computer seems to default to the Windows 10 desktop screen on start up of the computer. I've compared Start10 settings with an identical computer and setup and everythings the same. Obviously the older computer boots right into Start10 desktop screen. Also once manually loaded into the Start10 desktop screen I can't drag icons to the desktop. What an I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account, reboot after the purge, reinstall and reboot again. Retest and report back.

It sounds like you may have enabled tablet mode on your other computer.  This will boot to the Windows 10 menu and only allow a single application to be on screen at any time.

You can disable this from the Windows 10 action centre.
