I cannot sign into the wincustomize site

from WinCustomize Forums

I am running a windows 10 desktop computer, windows 10 2004 and I am sur that I am missing something

long story short I cannot log into the wincustomize site I have tried different user names and passwords but I still

run into the same problem so I went back to my original login user name and password, any help would be greatly

appreciated and let me know if there are any spec' you that would be great

I'm having the same, or at least a very similar problem. I even created a new account and it fails to login as well, This happens on both Firefox and Edge Chromium, and on multiple machines, including one that is a new full install of Windows 10.

And I have already opened a ticket. Just wanted to post here so original poster knew they are not alone in the issue.

We have been experiencing some issues with one of our servers the last couple of days that may have attributed to this problem.  The server in question has been fixed and hopefully everything is working properly now.  Please let us know if you continue to experience errors.

I was able to get in later this afternoon. I also had to make sure I was using the Wincustomize user name but the Stardock password
