GREYWOLF, I think you mean like a personal messaging system, aka PMs, they are common in PHP...would be very easy to add to the site

I just want to put my 2cents but I lost them. Ok, let me rephrase... I had a idea but then I was doing something else and lost my idea while I was finishing something. Now I have to remember what it was and I even try to recreate what I was doing before I thought of it. Does anybody else have that problem?

Here's a idea but it wasn't the orginal, it just came to me. It would be nice to have a box or something that tells you how many people are on the site at that time. I've used a plug in script for this before on my site. I'm not sure how hard the code is, but it would be something some people might want. Especially on those days that it seems like WC died in coversations.

Example[ Online: 2-Admins 5-Members 8-Visitors ]. They are the main three I could think of at the moment. But you can get my jist by that.

I think a "Grow up" emoicon would be a brilliant addition personally.

Also could add a "Med reminder" emoicon could fit in just fine also for the odd post.

wow, that is a lot of people! The profile extension and the message system that I was thinking about would be a cool idea to bring everyone together and communicate better. I always like it when I know more about the person i'm speaking to.

Yes, I agree about a PM system on WC. Also, would it be possible to have (if it doesn't exist already) the last time a certain user has logged in at WC in her/his profile?

I'm mentionning this because I recently wanted to PM (or Email) a certain skinner here at WC about maybe updating certain of his skins to DX2, but didn't know how long it has been since his last visit. Especially since we had some skinners leave this site recently...

I never log out of this site and I never have to sign back in unless I delete my cookies...Would it be preferable if I log out before hitting the close button?

My idea is something like "tutorials" messageboard section. Probably it could be the same as other sections, but with exception - you can upload your tutorial images. Maybe some restrictions to image size etc. The people could write just a little tutorial for SkinStudio, some desktop tricks (like DesktopX objects, how to remove shortcut sign etc.), some photoshop thingies. That would be a nice thing. New Object Desktop users would learn something, probably elder skinners would learn the new ones.

I think that is what the help section on the message board is for.

wait... 700 people are logged in? How many are just visitors?

With about 700,000 members, 700 logged in isn't very many. I never log out as a lot of us don't. Just like Event Horizen, only when I delete my cookies. With that many members, this site should have thousands logged in at any one time.

It might be that many members active at that moment. Like doing something at least every 5mins. DA has that type of set up. You keep your cookies but if it senses your doing something on the site it sets you to "online" on your info. So, I'm guessing it might go along with that idea. The person would have to be active within so many mins of you checking.
