Entering Fences license after having changed the name of my PC

Hi,

I've a Fences 2 license with a product key. Fences 2 works regularly on my PC but now asks for the product key (never happened before).

When I enter the key it says taht it is already active on another PC, which is not true.

I think this is due to the fact that a few days ago I renamed my PC, so Fences believes that the PC is a new one.

My Fences 2 license was purchased when I had an email address that now does not exist anymore, so it is impossible to transfer the license to my newly created Stardock account associated to a new email address.

How can I enter the key after having renamed the PC?

And how can I register / transfer the key to my newly created Stardock account?

Please help...

Hello,

following your advice I've asked Stardock to merge my email accounts by submitting a ticket to your Help Desk.

I hope this can help also to solve the problem of Fences constantly asking me to enter the product key on one of my computer.

Hello,
For issue Fences constantly asking for product key, please see this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation

As a reminder "PRODUCTNAME" is "Fences" in your case.
