Availability of tutorial/s or "record of steps" for adding menu items to Start10.

Being very new to Start10 and its features I have noted the information provided  "basj" - which is very helpful but wonder whether there is step by step notes or tutorials available for download from StartDock sites.

I look forward to any valuable comment available.
