Sorry to hear you are having issues. But need to know more.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Fences version.

3) A description on what we are looking at on your video is much appreciated.

i'm Using Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (OS Build 18363.752)
Fences Version 3.0.9.11

This video is beeing speed up to be 10 seconds and i'm just dragging my mouse over a collapsed fence. Doing so it moves icons from the collapsed fence outside. Also it's hard to see in this exact video the dragging behavior is laggy.,

Let's leave the laggy behavior aside, and focus on the fact that icons are being moved from a collapsed fence on drag?

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version you just downloaded. Reboot after the installation. Retest and report back.
