Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try to download the updates direct from your account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

It should be the "Groupy_1.32-j97-Setup.exe". Install that version and reboot. And please install it into its default directory. Retest and report back.

Thanks

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to reboot after the purge and reboot again after the re-installation. Retest and report back.

Exact same problem, and that unfortunately did not help. Uninstalling with the script (run as admin), rebooting, and downloading directly from My Downloads, still offering me a "new" 1.32 every time I check for updates in Groupy. Groupy settings shows "1.32", but e.g. Groupy32.exe shows "File version 1.3.1.0", if that means anything.

Same problem and the solution is easy. Det found the pb. The version inside the .exe has not been changed so the update process thnik you don't have v1.3.2.0 ;)

Hello,

I was informed that a newer version is available for download in your account. And I have tested that version. Look like this new version resolve "There is newer version" offer when you press the "Check for update" button.

Yeah, the -j98 fixes it. Groupy32.exe is still "1.3.1.0", but GroupyConfig shows 1.3.2.0, and doesn't give new updates.
