New language file (*.lng) for DeskScapes [Partially solved]

I am the legal owner of many StarDock productions.

As you probably guessed, I would like to have these programs in my national language.
I don't have problems with English, but a UI in my national language would greatly increase the comfort of using the program (probably not just me).
Probably, and the motivation to buy the program would be greater for non-English-speaking clients.

Unfortunately, StarDock strongly hinders the language localization of its productions.
Some programs can be translated (usually partly, but they are a definite minority), but most cannot.
Several programs have language files that can at least be PARTIAL translated, but most require decompilation of the program files (with this method I translated ObiectDock 2 - only for myself, legally purchased).

Problem? No consequences... e.g. in language implementation. Each program does it differently.

Maybe it is worth introducing unification in certain matters (e.g. language)? Enable or block the full translation of the program.
Several programs can be translated (even partially), but most do not offer this option...

Currently... The editable language files of the application are standard (from translator's observation)... But maybe I'm wrong.

Also from my observations...
Allowing full and trouble-free translation of the program UI into other national languages ​​is undeniably GOOD!
It is understandable for a non-English speaking client. Customers from GB and US are not "the whole world".

I translate applications and games for many years (Windows, Android). However, I haven't encountered such a mess and problems - StarDock productions. Regards.

I read through your whole explanation, but I might have missed it. What language are you looking for? This will help StarDock out in adding more languages to their programs.

I want to create a Polish translation...
However, I see that the same problem can be with translating into other - more popular - languages.

It turned out that the files contain only about 60% of the text.

Problem partially solved!
It was enough to add EACH missing text to the language file and translate. This solved the problem.
I didn't figure it out before. Excuse me.

Translation results:

- Main window(s), options, settings, drop-down lists etc. - Done

- The so-called "Hamburger" menu - Done

- Main window tabs names ("Local", "Online", "More from this author") - Failed, cannot be translated by the language file.

If anyone can help with THIS - I will be grateful.

- All wallpaper and backgrounds category names - Done

Finally...

This is about 98% of the program content.
There are a few windows left that I can't translate with a language file, e.g. "About DeskScapes", "Change license..." or "Check for updates". However, here it is probably necessary to deeply interfere in the program. So I skip it.

If the main window tabs are translated, this language file can be a good basis for full translation of the program into other languages by other translators (I hope so).

I will make my language file (Polish) available in 2 or 3 days - it requires refining (without main window tabs names).
