Window Blinds

Firefox

After activating Window Blinds (the latest), Firefox (the latest), runs slow although the upload/download speeds are as before. I tried excluding firefox.exe, but it still runs very slow.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please provide more information.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Installed Windowblinds version.

3) Need to know why you think Windowblinds is causing your internet speed drop. As far as I know, Windowblinds does not effect internet speed. Have you tried uninstall and try again.

Thanks

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

        Wblind64.dll                 2019/11/18 05:41:51

        Screen10.exe                 2019/05/03 20:29:17

What is particularly slow is typing in text as well as connections although speed test are around 90mbs. This issue started as soon as I installed window Blinds. What should I uninstall, Window Blinds or Firefox? If I uninstall Window Blinds is there a way to save my custom preset?

Please try purge and reinstall as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

Just to make sure, re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the one you just downloaded. Reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back.

Thank you,

I noticed that it seems like Firefox is still being skinned even though firefox.exe is excluded.
