Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2)Please try the following:

-For Win8/10 Users: Open the Start Screen, and type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator' from below.

-For 7 Users: click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'.

-Type: sfc /scannow

-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

If the SFC finds errors, but cannot fix them, please also run the following command in the same command prompt window:

dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image

The above command should assist with replacing any damaged or problematic system files. Please note, however, since it may require restoring certain files, this process can take some time and you will need to be patient until it has completed.

3) If step 2 does not resolve the issue, please try the purge and reinstall steps mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge and reinstall groupy, and reboot again.

Please let me know whether this resolves your problem or if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,

Basj,

Hello Basj

Thank you for prompt reply.

1) I have attached below full Window version (according winver.exe)

https://ibb.co/XJ9PqZP

2) I have run System File Checker (sfc /scannow) and this result

https://ibb.co/BPVF1XN

3) I have already done some reaserch about raised issue that inslude steps desciribed on page

https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

but still it did not solved the issue

I have feeling that my problem has something to do with system fonts.
I have reinstalled system fonts in Windows 10 with no result.

Because I have no more clues what to do I decided to post my problem on Stardock forum.

This would be caused by a broken or missing Marlett.ttf file.

Have you altered your OS in anyway?

I have Marlet.ttf in my system,

I just changed the Windows 10 display font from Segoe UI to Roboto.  swicth back to default font, but the problem is persist

Neil, thanks for reply.

Unfortunetelly after reinstalling Marlett font problem still occurs.

It seems that only Win10 reinstallment seems to be an ultimate solution ...

Go to Administrative language settings > Change System Locale
In Region Setting window uncheck Beta : Use Unicode UTF-8

Or if you upgrade to Groupy 1.3 you should no longer have this issue.

Thank you very much !!!

Your hint works like a charm.

Upgrade to Grupy 1.3 did not solve the issue.

But disabling "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 ..." finally did it !
