Renewal showing as expired

I automatically renew ObjectDesktop and WinCustomize every year because I love the programs. I did it this past July and never checked my receipt. My computer recently crashed so I logged in to redownload programs to reinstall but the program had an expired button and another  button to renew. There's a dead download link on the receipt which is no help.

Confused, I'm here for any help. WinCustomize is listed as expired with the renew tab too but it's active as it should be. I can log in and download. Please, I sure would appreciate a fix for this.
