Fences is so slow, flickery and glitchy

I bought Fences 3 very excited, but the slowness is discouraging on the desktop.
I tried the purge twice, but it did not work. I can install and downgrade to Fence 2?
The performance improved when we decrease the amount of icon and desktop pages.

My Settings: Windows 10 64bit
Core i5-4570 3.20GHz
16GB RAM
SSD Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
GPU: On CPU
Monitor AOC 24"
