[DIGITALYCHEE] Fences failed to start

Hi,

 

Normally, the error in the figure below is caused by the location of the non-C drive, but one of our customers has tried to reinstall the fences on the C drive, but the following error message will still appear after clicking "enter the product key" button.

He also tried to use the http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/Purge_Fences.bat script, uninstall and reinstall, but still in "enter the product key" button, after clicking, the message will still be prompted.

 

Is there a solution to this issue?
