How do I sort icons manually inside a fence?

I have creates a few fences on my desktop. 

How do I rearrange the placement of the icons manually within a fence?

Hello,

You should be able to sort Icons inside a Fence manually by first, setting "Sort Fence by -> None" (right click on Fence)

But do note that, Fences will always arrange your icons from left to right and top to bottom.
