How do I change the Background Color on a window?

I am trying to create a classic theme but one thing is kind of messing with me. On certain windows/apps, the background color doesn't appear how I want it to and I don't know where to change it.

That "background color" is the white area where the cursor is positioned is what I'm reffering to.

That is the Button Face color Taekogae. It can be changed permanently in SkinStudio or temporarily in the Change System Colors of Windowblinds (in the Modify Style area). :-)
