Help with creating a logon please

I am creating a skin in logon studio and i need a bit of help please.
I have just about finished my creation but i have a blue line between the top and centre panel and also running vertically down the middle of the centre panel. How do i get rid of these lines please?

I just cracked it and got rid of the lines..........now i want to touch up slight some bits of the picture.........how do you recommemd i do that

If its the actual main picture you want to mess with then something like PS or PSP, if thats what you mean
