When any program running in fullscreen freezes (when computing heavy task) window of that program minimizes and after that appears again not in fullscreen but in normal mode. 1.19 version

It happens in every app which freezes when having heavy task.

For example I have used Photoshop when saving file, Illustrator when saving file, Rhino 3D when doing hard computation etc. It started to happen after upgrade of Windows (insider preview) couple versions ago.

So you are saying this is not new with 1.19 but happened after an upgrade to an unreleased OS?
