When you downloaded the themes did you see a section toward the top of the page that had stuff like "About Windowblinds" (or "about..." whatever type of skin the library is for} and "Help"? That section provides links to information people should know so they can use the skins available for download. Like for a windowblinds skin, you would need windowblinds. And so on....
