can't apply any of the cursor themes

although i didn't have to enter my registration key, i am able to adjust all the cursor properties. problem is, i can't apply the new cursor? anyone has the same issue? i'm on windows 10 by the way. thank you
i've deleted all the cursor fx files and reinstalled the trial version and it works again, but still can't find anywhere to insert the registration code?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
CursorFX is one of the only products that has a purchase version and a dedicated trial version - on you cannot enter a key.
Use the below to purge the app and reinstall your purchase version:

thanx for the response. but the email sent to me with the registration key only has the download for the trial version. i need the purchased version in order to enter the registration right?
