Well, I made it to 1 year today. Clean and Sober.

Well, I made it to 1 year today. Clean and Sober.

Smoke free too. I believe I posted a similar message when I hit 3 months clean and sober, so some of you might remember I've been battling some demons.

Just thought I'd brag, well, because I'm proud of myself. I haven't been sober this long since I was 14 years old and I'm an old fart at 43. But dang it! I still Rock!

That's Great! This is my first posting ever to a message board, and I can't think of a better reason than to say "KUDOS" to you on your 1 year anniversary.

Great to hear a story like that. Alchohol is so deadly. And because it's socially acceptable we sometimes forget how many problems it causes, and the severity of them. Wonderful to hear a success story.
