Does not work with SSD

Hello

I replaced my laptop with a new one with OS on ssd.

I instilled start 10 but it does not work

What am i doing wrong?

Yes- I did several times. Screen keeps on "blinking" . Nothing works

Just to clarify....using an SSD will not affect Start 10 in any way at all ....;)
