Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, need to know more information.

1) Installed Windows version. (use Winver.exe)

2) Fences version.

3) Is display driver up to date?

4) Any wallpaper manager program running in the background?

5) 2 or more monitor? Please specify resolution and scaling applied.

Thanks

1) Installed Windows version. (use Winver.exe)

Windows 10 - Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.407)

2) Fences version.

Fences Version 3.0.9.11

3) Is display driver up to date?

Yes

4) Any wallpaper manager program running in the background?

No, I am using WindowBlinds 10, but no wallpaper, and if I am not mistaken the problem happened before the installation of WindowBlinds

5) 2 or more monitor? Please specify resolution and scaling applied.

No, only one monitor.

Thanks

Great,

First I suggest : do the the purge and reinstall. Follow this steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

I know you mentioned its a new install/PC, sometimes this simple steps helps. Make sure to re-download Fences from your account and install that versioned after the purge reboot. Reboot again after the install and test.

Report back here.

Thank you,

I don't think so. But why do you suspect it is? BTW, do you have websense or something similar installed?

Thanks

No websense.

I have the same software that I had before in the old computer (Windows 7) and did not have this problem.

Could try update your Windows 10 to v1809. See if that help.

Thank you,
