Fences 3 will not activate after entering my OD purchase activation code

I purchased the Stardock Object Desktop on May 24, 2016, which, I think, included Fences 3. Since that time I have used the Object Desktop activation code to activate Fences 3 whenever I purchase a new computer. I know there is a possibility to use the code for up to 5 personal devices, and at the moment I just have one, a new computer I have just purchased.

The problem is when I enter the activation code for my new computer, I get a message saying the code is "Invalid".

Has anyone else acquired Fences 3 through the purchase of Object Desktop?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

First thing of course is to get your Stardock account set up on the new PC.

Then I'll post a few links here for you to check things out.

Check that you have Fences 3.

** Also remember all Stardock software checks itself by what email was used for the original

purchase if a new email is the issue you can merge an old email to the new one
